Each installation is completely unique — the metallic pigments shift and swirl during application, creating organic patterns that can’t be replicated. We diamond-ground the entire concrete surface to CSP 2-3 profile, then patched any cracks and imperfections. Metallic epoxy requires a perfectly smooth substrate — any unevenness will show through the reflective finish.
Working with the homeowner, we selected a custom blend of metallic pigments. The colors were chosen to complement the home’s interior palette while creating depth and movement across the floor surface.
Using specialized techniques, we applied the metallic epoxy in controlled layers. The metallic pigments are manipulated during application to create flowing, three-dimensional patterns. Each pour creates a completely unique design.
We sealed the floor with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat at high-gloss finish. This protects the metallic effects while adding depth and reflectivity. The topcoat also provides chemical, abrasion, and hot-tire pickup resistance.
