Mechanical grinding and polishing to a mirror-like finish. No coatings needed — the concrete IS the floor. Eco-friendly, lifetime durability, and stunning reflectivity.
Polished concrete is a multi-step mechanical process where the concrete surface is ground with progressively finer diamond tooling until it achieves a smooth, reflective finish. Unlike epoxy or coatings, polished concrete doesn't add a layer on top — the concrete itself becomes the finished floor.
During the process, a lithium densifier is applied to chemically harden and seal the concrete. The result is a surface that's extremely durable, dust-proof, light-reflective, and virtually maintenance-free. Polished concrete is one of the most eco-friendly flooring options available because it uses the existing slab — no additional materials, no VOCs, no waste.
The level of polish can be customized from a matte "salt and pepper" look to a high-gloss mirror finish. Aggregate exposure can also be controlled — from a cream finish that shows minimal aggregate to a full-exposure look that reveals the stone and sand within the concrete.
No epoxy, no paint, no topcoat. The concrete itself is the finished floor — nothing to peel or wear away.
Polished concrete can last the lifetime of the building. No coating to replace, no finish to reapply.
Sweep and damp mop — that's it. No waxing, no resealing, no special products required.
Uses your existing slab with no additional materials. Zero VOCs, zero waste, minimal environmental impact.
The polished surface reflects ambient light, brightening interiors and reducing lighting costs.
The densifier eliminates concrete dusting, creating a sealed surface that won't shed particles.
Metal-bonded diamond tooling removes surface imperfections and opens the concrete for densification.
Progressively finer diamond grits smooth the surface, building toward the final polish level.
Lithium densifier penetrates and chemically hardens the concrete, creating a dust-proof, dense surface.
Resin-bonded diamonds bring the surface to your selected gloss level — matte to mirror finish.
Heavy traffic, forklift use, and large footprints — polished concrete handles it all with zero maintenance.
Clean, modern appearance that reflects light and creates an upscale shopping environment.
Minimalist, contemporary aesthetic that pairs beautifully with modern architecture and design.

Polished concrete is one of the most durable flooring options available — it can last the lifetime of the building with minimal maintenance. Since there's no coating to peel or wear away, the polished surface simply needs occasional cleaning and periodic re-burnishing to maintain its shine. Many polished concrete floors in commercial spaces have lasted 20+ years.
Despite its glossy appearance, polished concrete actually provides good traction — comparable to standard concrete. The polishing process doesn't make the floor slippery. In wet conditions, polished concrete performs similarly to other hard flooring surfaces. For areas with high moisture, we can adjust the polish level or add non-slip treatments.
Most concrete slabs can be polished, but results depend on the concrete's condition, age, and composition. We inspect every slab before recommending polished concrete. Slabs with severe damage, extensive cracking, or high moisture may require repairs first. During our free consultation, we'll assess your slab and provide honest recommendations.
We diamond grind every surface to CSP 2-3 for maximum mechanical bond. Never acid etch. This is why our coatings don't peel.
Every slab is tested per ASTM F2170 before coating. High moisture = coating failure. We catch it before it becomes your problem.
Every installation backed by a written 5-year warranty covering peeling, delamination, and hot-tire pickup. Zero claims filed.
Every floor we install is backed by a written 5-year warranty covering peeling, delamination, and hot-tire pickup. We can guarantee our work because we control every variable — from moisture testing to the final topcoat.
